This is where Overtaken has led us for the month of January, and I am very grateful.

1-6-12 St. Margaret school assembly

Newport Beach presentation to several Mothers and kids

1-9-12 Presentation for Sober Living by The Sea and Cox Ch.3 studio airing on the 12th at 7pm for two weeks.

Edison High School presentation for all health classes on the 10th, 12th, and 13th.

1-17-12 El Toro High Presentations in all health classes

1-20-12 Lifelines@ The Crossing Presentation 6:30pm

My life changed in 2010. I lost my first born son, Jarrod at the young age of 19. He overdosed on a cocktail of RX drugs prescribed by the doctor I took him to for help off his addiction to weed and and opiate called, " Opana" which a dirty doctor in Rowland Heights was OVERprescribing to his friends and possibly Jarrod himself. My other son was 15 at the time. He lost his best friend and only sibling. We also lost 3 of his close friends in that same year and many more!! I soon became an advocate because these deaths are preventable!!
